By breaking down the seven concepts, we uncover what’s blocking us from living our best life. This commitment is seven weeks, with homework of the soul in between sessions. Let’s walk the bands of the rainbow to find peace, happiness, joy and contentment.  Together we’ll explore these areas in your life and start writing the story you were always meant to write.
