Teen & Pre-Teen Empowerment

Teens and pre-teens are at risk, now more than ever, of falling into the pressures of life. Faced with heavy challenges of navigating the world is dimming the bright Light they already carry. I’ve partnered with local LCSW’s and other experts to host this workshop that is designed to empower our youth. Together we’ll explore their connection to the Light and learn about emotions through the elements:

Earth-Grounding & Unplugging
Water-Heartbeat  & Flow
Wind-Embracing for Emotion
Fire- Balancing the Flame 

Together, we’ll work to build a strong foundation and prepare for the journey ahead. We’ll explore the power of positive thinking and learn how to use our voice with respect. A catered lunch will be provided both days by Duck Duck Beet Farm Kitchen. https://duckduckbeetfarm.com
